I’m the owner and founder of Command Media, a scrappy young company that builds functional, useful websites for startups. We also own and operate several entertainment websites, so the recommendations we make for promoting your online presence are based on what we’ve seen work on our own sites.

Prior to starting Command Media, I worked for Microsoft from 2000-2008. In addition to getting into an argument with Bill Gates about XML’s use on the Web as a presentation technology (and winning it), I helped develop Encarta, Internet Explorer, and Bing Search, and represented MS to the W3C.

I’ve lived on three different continents and fought a Shaolin monk (a fight which I lost).
